- Is your platform secure?

We take security very seriously. We make sure our platform complies with the latest in security standards. Our infrastructure code is run against tfsec to ensure the highest security standards and ensure there are no misconfgurations.
Since the same configurations are given to our customers you can be sure that systems provisioned by our platform have the same high security standards.
- What is the web app store fee?

The web app store fee is the fee we collect when you sell your application. If you use Opsmaru to internally deploy your application. There is no extra fee collected.
Everything transaction originating on Opsmaru's Web app store will incur a fee.
- Can you make the web app store fee 0%?

Yes we can, on the unlimited plan $6000 / year the WebApp store fee is 0%. If you don't want to pay for every transaction we recommend upgrading to the unlimited plan.
- Why LXD and not Kubernetes?

LXD is a next generation systems container hypervisor. Being a system container offers many advantages over the K8s / Docker duo. The reason why we're able to offer fast container provisioning and upgrades is because we work with stateful system containers.
We don't need complex infrastructure to host and cache docker images, your apps are just tar archives that get shipped into the containers. We only ship what's unique which is your app, as a result our deployment pipeline is lightweight and fast.

- Do you offer customizations?

Yes, this is something you can discuss with us. You will need to be on the unlimited plan which is $6000 / year. We can do simple infrastructure customizations for you based on the modules we already have, however if you need heavy customization or something specific we may charge a fee on top. If you want to know more feel free to reach out.
- How does support work?

We offer support via email, discord and in-app chat via intercom. The easiest and quickest way to receive support is to join our discord server.
- Do you charge extra if I provision more resources?

No we don't charge you based on usage. You provision servers in your own infrastructure. You can provision as many resource as you need. We only collect the monthly fee and if you sell your instances on the web app store we charge the percentage fee when you make a sale.
